The past few months KARGRO worked hard to redevelop the location Emmeloord to create a nice large storage, focusing on the Environment and Fire safety. The area was first fully equipped with drainage and then paved after which large compartments are designed for the storage of tires.
The strong fire walls separating the compartments are made of large concrete building elements. Work has been completed, after mid-May 2011, and this location is again fully equipped for loading and unloading Tires.

Lintire is a worldwide wholesale trade company in
used passenger-car tires and casings.
At some stage, applying the ready know-how and available quality within the Kargro Group to passengercar casings
as well seemed a logical step.
Which initiated Lintire, a company with similar activities to Kargro, however on a smaller scale.
That is: almost similar. Lintire is another VACO approved and also TUV and ISO 9001 certified company.
But there are a few differences. Inspection does not take place on site at customers, but in-house. From
there on, rejected casings are carried off to processing companies.
The remainder is stored (covered and therefore dry) pending transport to one of the buyers in more than
20 countries all over the world. These are costumes with whom standard agreements have been made
concerning stipulated inspection requirements and delivery conditions.
They never have to wait for their orders very long. Lintire delivers super-fast.
Considering a continious flow of collected used tyres and a very big stock, that should be no big surprise.
